Coppin Grove Sparkling
This is our signature wine. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from which this wine is made has been aged for two years on yeast in the bottle. These grapes were grown on the banks of the Yarra River in Hawthorn. The wine is vintaged, tiraged, cellared and disgorged at the Cope-Williams Winery in the Macedon Ranges. The Cope-Williams winemakers are renowned for their sparkling and elegant table wines of which this is a fine example.

The wine is refreshing and light on the palate, is charming in colour and has a delightfully persistent bead. It is a wine to be enjoyed on all occasions.

Willow Grove
Willow Grove is a dessert wine made from the pressings of our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It has been matured for three years in old red wine barrels and fortified with aged Brandy.

Willow Grove is delicious as an aperitif, with chocolate desserts, fresh fruit or as a cocktail mixed with two parts Willow and one part Coppin Grove Sparkling. This wine needs to be served very cold in order to enjoy it at its most delicious.
